Useful information needs clear context

Updated September 5, 2026.

Sources and freshness

We link to source material so readers can check facts and act on current information. Weekend editions show a checked date and identify past events. Open-house times, asking prices and provider availability can change after publication; verify directly before making plans.

Analysis is not a record lookup

Commentary, cost examples and buying guides are explanations, not professional advice or real-time databases. Our property research form only submits an inquiry. It does not retrieve property records, identify homeowners or generate a verified report.

Promotions, sponsorships and relationships

The Services section includes commercial promotions, app spotlights and proposed offerings, not independent provider rankings. Kachi and catering, HaSi, Refaro and concierge-interest pages should be read as promotional content. Inclusion is not a claim that we have independently vetted a provider.

Paid placements should carry a visible Sponsored label; referral or ownership relationships that influence a recommendation should be disclosed beside it. A business suggestion does not buy coverage or guarantee endorsement. Sponsorship discussions do not guarantee reach, leads or search rankings.

AI-assisted work and corrections

AI tools assist with research, writing and development. They can make mistakes. If a claim is wrong or a link is stale, send the page link and a supporting source so it can be reviewed.

Community privacy

We cover public history and source-backed community activity, not private residents' whereabouts. Please do not submit requests to reveal a private person's home address or identity.

Work with us

For a potential sponsorship, use the Sponsorship topic on our contact form. Scope, labeling, pricing and availability must be agreed separately before publication.
